 1. ROAST DUCK

The Roast Duck was golden brown and had a crispy skin. The meat is tender, juicy and soft. May opt to enjoy with duck gravy and homemade chili sauce.

2. CHEESE GRILLED PRAWNS

Big prawn, covered with cheese and then grilled. Try out the juicy and cheesy taste! These prawns sure taste better than they look!

3. PUMPKIN SEAFOOD

The dish consisted of all the essences found in Chinese Cooking like scallops, sea cucumber, clams and fish bladder.

4. SIGNATURE TOFU

The tofu's texture is soft and silky inside. The minced pork on top of the tofu is tender.

5. YAM BASKET

Try out the soft texture of the yam. The dish consisted of button mushrooms, Chinese black mushrooms, cashew nuts, baby corn and topped with generously amount of parsley.
